Maximum range of motion

The Calf Curve® was created to increase calf muscle activation. It allows you to get into a deep deficit stretch (for gastrocnemius activation), as well as hit peak flexion without bending your toes (for soleus activation), in your preferred foot stance.

Ergonomic curved design

The height and diameter provide more contact surface through the entire rep range compared to traditional square blocks, wedges or ramps. The curve will support your arches while the grip keeps your feet locked in their starting position throughout your set.

The Calf Curve® is made in the USA from 3/16" plate steel and has over 2000 LBS of weight capacity. The cutouts allow easy handling.
