This is by far the best calf raise block I have ever owned, and I have owned several. The height and curve allow for a good stretch, and provide a superior experience to a flat surface. Oh, and the build is extremely solid. Well done, U4C.

Works exactly as advertised. Shoes don’t slip off grip tape, bar doesn’t destroy the balls of my feet, and the J cups are super stable.

I use to own a seat calf machine but I needed something that takes up little space to work my calf. Feels great for standing calf raise with Bulletproof VTS.

I was looking for a way to do calf raises at home without having to do one leg at a time. Seated calf raises don’t cause as much hypertrophy and without something like this using a barbell isn’t safe. I also got the calf curve which is far superior to the 2x4s I was using. Great stretch, very stable even under heavy loads. Now, my entire calf workout is a barbell myorep which I can safely knock out in a few minutes. The only S-tier alternative is a dedicated standing calf raise machine which is far more expensive and takes up more space. Buy these and you’ll be happy you did.

Have really enjoyed the Calf Curve. Very stable and super grippy. No chance your feet will slip off this. Also allows for a great stretch and full range of motion for calf raises. Use it all the time.

This is the perfect calf raise block. Can get a super deep stretch on the calves with the curve design. No edges creating pinch points on the feet with heavy weight. Love it

These Ucups combined with the calf curve is the perfect calf raise set up for those with a power rack. I have a rep fitness PR 5000 Ares 1.0 power rack with 3x3 1 inch holes and this fits perfectly. This helps avoid getting a dedicated calf raise machine. Highly recommend.

These are great. Once you figure out the form and find balance you can lock in and load your calves down. Only complaint was powder coat on pin was so thick it almost didn’t slide into the rack post holes. I guess it’s better than powder being thin!

I was dreaming about this calf raise block for months - and wow, was I right! This is the best calf block ever developed. I love how challenging it is to maintain balance, and you can get an excellent muscle load even without any weight.

Easy storage was a pleasant bonus, as it stands upright on its own.

I also ordered U-caps for my rack to take the exercise to the next level.

Now the only problem I have is that the calf blocks in commercial gyms just don’t compare. I really wish manufacturers would implement this design in their equipment.

I use the calf block with the U-Cups. They work wonderfully together and I’ve never felt safer calf raising with a barbell and my calves are toast after 5 sets with this setup. I can recommend enough. Both the block and the U-Cups are extremely well made and will be part of my leg days.

Not gonna lie, I was pretty skeptical of this thing. But it has a much smaller footprint than other calf raise blocks I was looking at so I pulled the trigger. There is literally zero slippage and you get the speech that you need. Totally worth it.

Finally someone got it right. I have been training for over forty years and none of the manufacturers of calf training machines ever cared to address the problem of slipping from the calf block. The area that contacts the feet cannot have a 90 degree edge. One always has to reset the feet in the middle of a set. The diameter of the Calf Curve is perfect. No more resetting the feet. In addition, the build quality is excellent!

This Calf Block is substantial in weight and well made. The edges are smooth and my resistance bands slide easily underneath. The height allows for a deep drop of the heels which increases the ability to contract the calf muscles fully. I like how my toes are rounded over the edge for a deeper contraction. I have heavy thick rubber mats on my workout floor and the block does not slip at all. Nothing I have used in the past compares with the Calf Block. If you want to develop your calves buy the Calf Block - you won't be disappointed.
